Overview of the Call Center
The Call Center feature in the Club Prophet software in set up in POS Express and operated by a call center or tour operator online.

Multiple Bookings Screen
The Multiple Bookings screen is the unique feature for a call center and tour operators. This is available via the Multiple Bookings button which is only visible when a user is set up as a call center or a tour guide operator.
Once you are logged on as a call center or tour guide operator, your screen displays the Multiple Bookings button.
